Sometimes taking a test drive at a dealership can feel a bit like a chore,  but we think it should be fun. So we made a simple to use scheduler where drives could reserve a new Camry  for 24 hours with the fewest amount of taps and clicks possible. 

The results were such a success, the pilot program we created rolled out to additional models in the Toyota vehicle line-up.

Consumer Pain Point 

Our research indicated a substantial dip in consumer enthusiasm during the dealership experience. Our goal was to minimize interactions with sales people during the test drive phase, and maintain a high level of user excitement moving through the purchase funnel.

Our scheduler was tied to a number of participating local delaership backends, showing realtime availability of specific vehicles on lots closest to the user.

Users are always able to return to update or change information within the scheduler. After confirmation, Passbook took over to communicate all notifications reguarding confirmed appointment information.
